Metro Deal

MetroDeal is probably the most well-known website to get the best deal in town. It’s a one-stop place that offers deals from salon services to eating discounts and a lot more. You can usually find discounts as high as 90%. However, deals are time sensitive and if you don’t purchase within the limited period, it might be awhile before the deal comes up again.

Trip Advisor Philippines

If you travel a lot, Trip Advisor is your best bet when it comes to looking for great accommodation deals. Unlike checking out a hotel or inn’s site, you’ll see actual reviews from people who have visited a particular place so you’ll know if it’s the real deal or not. Moreover, Trip Advisor also provides a host of suggestions for your trips such as what to do in a particular place.

Olx.com

This site is the only quintessential buy and sell website in the Philippines. Many people flock here to sell their pre-loved goods, imported merchandise, and basically, anything they want to sell. Most often than not, you’re negotiating with the owners of the items or properties you’re looking at so the price is much lower.

However, just like any site where money is involved, there are also scammers here pretending to sell high-ticket items and will refuse to meet up claiming they’re based in a rural area. Some are legitimate, but others are hoping to bait naive buyers to send them money and they will just ship it. Many don’t end up following through after receiving payment, so buy with caution when it comes to purchasing costly items.

ShopBack.ph

ShopBack is somehow similar to Metro Deals in that they both offer deals. The only difference is that ShopBack exclusively caters deals for shopping and hotel stays. It allows you to save money by offering cash back discounts when you purchase on any of their partner brands or companies. The good thing is, they’re affiliated with big brands such as Lazada, Agoda, and SM Store, just to name a few.
