Coffee Body Scrub

If you’re an avid coffee drinker, you can put your coffee grinds to good use by turning them into a body scrub. All you need are the following: ¼ cup of coffee grinds, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and a few drops of almond or coconut oil. Mix everything together until it achieves a paste-like consistency.

To apply, massage all over your body with soft, circular motions especially on areas with cellulite. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse with water. The coffee in this body scrub can do wonders for cellulite since it reduces it by 17%. The end result is a fresh, glowing skin!

Nutmeg and Milk Exfoliating Face Mask

Exfoliating face masks are a good way to pamper your skin. This should be done once or twice a week to keep your skin in tip-top shape. Normally, exfoliating face masks should be used once and then thrown away, so if you don’t want to waste your money on commercial ones, we have the perfect solution for you.

To make this face mask, you’ll need half a tablespoon of ground nutmeg and 1 tablespoon of whole milk. Combine both ingredients in a bowl and then apply to a freshly cleaned face. Massage into your skin using small, circulation motions. You might want to extend it down to your neck as well. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse with warm water. The nutmeg’s calming and antibacterial properties will no doubt be good for those with sensitive skin types.

Clarifying Egg Mask for Acne

For this, you’ll need one egg, half cup of plain, organic yogurt, and 3 tablespoons of almond oil. Combine everything together and apply on face. Leave on to dry on your face for 10 to 15 minutes.

This mask has anti-inflammatory properties that can help calm acne and shrink any pimples you may have. At the same time, it’s also hydrating because of the almond oil.
